i just got my frist beta fish and he wont eat or siwm he just lies in de bottom of de tank any help

Sometimes it takes them awhile to adjust to their new home and sometimes they won't eat the first few days. Give it some time.

how big is the tank?
is it heated and filtered?

how much time has he been in the tamk. let him adjust to the new environment hell come to his senses when hes super hungry

tank size and temp? did you let him adjust to the water temp or just plop him in? (make sure all plants are either live or silk as plastic ones can tear their fins) and it might take a few days before he gets adjusted to the tank, just give him time. some of mine ate the first day others would not eat or move for the first 3 days. water thats too cold can also make them lethargic
