It looks alright to me, maybe occasionally throw in a different pellet like New Life Spectrum (I'm biased lol) and definitely throw in a fast after a big meal.

I feed my girls/guys once a day generally, Saturday they get two meals though along with the 1-2 Freeze-dried bloodworm as a treat. Sunday a small meal in the morning, about 2-3 pellets depending on the Betta size and how much I know they can eat. And then Monday and Tuesday I fast my guys/girls.

But I use NLS most of the week, Omega One Betta pellets for Friday and the Sunday for some variation. But yeah, so far your schedule looks good, just make sure that when you do feed him, if you start to see his tummy start to bulge out a bit, that's the time to stop feeding and let them digest their food :)

I don't fast my both of my fish, only one sometimes. My male gets fasted occasionally because he's prone to constipation. My female never gets fasted because she relentlessly attacks her live plants if I don't feed her everyday. I finally had to quit fasting her because I was afraid there would be nothing left of the plants within a few months.

Fish meal is fine for them to eat, it's the wheat, corns and grains that you want to watch out for. Otherwise it nearly ties with Omega One Betta pellets.
