Moss turned yellowish brown would flourish help?

I had in cups in my window because it had snails. I gave up worrying about the pond snails after I accidentally put a plant that had them. I am picking them out when I see them and putting them in container of duckweed. Can I get the moss to turn green again?

My java moss did the same thing but all my other plants are doing great. Weird.

From my knowledge moss takes awhile to adapt to a new tank, they'll usually die off and turn brown and then shoot out green shoots in a month or so.
