Aquarium chillers are very expensive, on the order of a few hundred dollars for a small one. I don't think they make them small enough for these tanks though.

Small tanks like that are much more susceptible to temperature swings. Anything you do, such as floating frozen water bottles or whatnot, may just cause more ups and downs. Bettas (I assume that's what's in the 3 and 5) are perfectly fine in warm water. You really shouldn't worry.
