Which frozen food should I get?

I am going to pick up some frozen food for my bettas today. I have always heard about frozen bloodworms... are there any other options to give my boys some variety? Or are bloodworms the way to go? I am looking to keep them healthy and happy with a more varied diet than just pellets everyday... and I have a boy who refuses pellets and has not been eating.

Suggestions?

I got some frozen bloodworms, Omega One brand. I am hoping this will perk my lil guy up! From what I understand, I should thaw them in a bit of tank water? Is that right?
