Jets is so cute! I love white female bettas :D You could probably put 5 - 6 females in a 10 gallon tank and then use the 7 gallon for one male or split it and put 2 males.

Yes I have two females who I've had since they were babies :D I didn't teach them any tricks but my first female loved to jump for food...although she jumped out of the tank a few weeks ago and has since lost her enthusiasm for it :(

To answer your question; you could possibly do the 7 gallon with 5 females but be warned, there's going to be a lot of fighting if you don't have enough plants and places for them to hide. And you can almost never overstock a tank for plants, so put lots and lots of plants!!!

And for my tanks, I've got 5 set up right now. One 3 gallon that is split for two baby Betta's, another 3 gallon for 1 male. 5.5 holds one male and my last Platy fry, 10 gallon is split into 3 for three males and then my 33 gallon sorority is holding the other 13

I have 4 tanks and 2 hospital/quarantine tanks when I need them. 3 ten gallon tanks and one 5.5 gallon tank :D Right now I have 8 bettas but have room for two more once my new 10 gallon is cycled.
