Exclamation Flaky face????

My girl Jensen face is flaky and I have no idea why or what to do about it. She also hasn't been acting like herself, she keeps hiding or laying at the bottom of the tank and keeps going up for air more then she normally does. What is wrong and what can I do to help her? Also my sorority is being treated for ick right now.
