I think youre thinking of traditonal pk.
He looks like a marble to me. But good luck breeding them. Keep us updated on how the fry turn out

Marble is dominant, but also recessive so if you bred 2 marbles together you would first get a bunch of mixed fish however if you breed a sibling cross you would see the marbles, and also most people breed the first time a marble to a solid this gives you some very nice ones F1.
I agree with the others the 2nd male for sure.

You read the trad pk section for the caudal
The show pk section on page 3 says "Unlike the traditional plakat, the caudal fin is the same as the standard show Betta-. - -. The caudal spread is 180 degrees, has straight rays, sharp edges and the shape of a semi-circle (capital D)"
