Exclamation Betta REALLY sick and won't eat!

My betta fish has fin rot and I was treating with aquarium salt (1 tsp. per gal.), stress coat and weekly water changes. I was advised by a friend to skip a feeding day but the next day when I went to feed him he wouldn't eat! Now he's lying at the bottom of his tank, can barely move and I don't know how to get food into him. Plus now the fin rot is like ten times worse! I've started him on antibiotics (API Fungus Cure) and upped the salt a little but I'm afraid that if he doesn't eat that he won't have enough strength to survive. Any ideas?

BTW: 10 gal. tank, all water levels (pH, ammonia, etc.) are normal, his tank is at the right temperature, and he has a low flow filter (although it isn't currently running because he isn't strong enough to swim against the current).

API BettaFix saved me with a similar situation once, or if you have melafix lying around combine 1part melafix to 9 parts distilled water which = bettafix

Bettafix has an ingredient called tea tree oil which is strongly suggested not to use. This ingredient can cause a coating on their labyrinth organ which can suffocate them.

If you are able to, move him in a smaller tank with just normal, warm, dechlorinated water. 1-2 gallon tanks are best. He has been exposed to too many meds in a small amount of time, he needs a break. Add in washed dried oak leaves if you have any, or IAL. May you post a picture?
