Exclamation Possibly Velvet?

I have looked up some of the betta diseases and I still can't figure out what Melanie is going through. Velvet seems like the closest one. She has loss of coloring in the middle in a streak down her body. Her fins have also seemed to be affected and look like they have small slight rust coloring. I don't think it could be a parasite though!! She doesn't live with anyone else!! She has been fine for over a year. She will lay the bottom half of her body flat on the gravel, and keep her front propped up. She will stay near the bottom and hardly come up for food. Her mouth is propped open a lot too. This has been going on for FOUR MONTHS. I'm surprised it hasn't killed her yet.

It has gotten worse, not better ;/
