Anyone know how to get pictures off of a Galaxy Cellphone?

I have fish pictures to post with my new cell I've hooked it up to the computer it detects it but doesn't complete the process. If you how please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks, for responding. I have a prepaid plan so that is expensive for the number of pictures I have.

If there are a lot of pictures, then maybe your computer over burdened and gets froze up or something? If thats the case than you could try to load a few at a time.
or maybe try opening it through paint or something

Could you not turn data off, go on wifi, then email them to yourself?

I have a gs4. are u wanting to post them here??? I just upload my pix from my phone to the photobucket app then u can copy/paste the image codes from the photobucket website to here

Jump on your home wifi with your phone, or public wifi, and upload them that way so you don't use data from the company.

Thanks everyone you've given me some great ideas. I am sure one of them will do the trick. I am still getting the hang of the phone. This is my first smartphone. I have always been cheap when it comes to cellphones and after I dropped my last phone in water I decided to go for an updated phone. I am really enjoying all the new features.

the GS4 is awesome. I had mine 3 days and dropped it in water and wanted to cry. the guy at the sprint store actually hugged me when he realized it was a 4 and not just a 3 lol. Im being EXTRA careful with this new one :)
