Odd lifting of scale on head

First time im posting here, realised something odd going on with Nibblez today when i check on him.
Housing
What size is your tank? 14 Liters
What temperature is your tank? 26 celcius
Does your tank have a filter? Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? no
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? 2 golden apple snails took them out this morning before i saw Nibblez had this issue

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Hikari bio gold and Aquarian betta pellets
How often do you feed your betta fish? Once a day

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? Once a week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 30%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Prime and Do!aqua Be-soft black water extract, also an IAL

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia: 0.0
Nitrite: 0.0
Nitrate: 0.0
pH: 8.0
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Scale on head lifting
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? No
When did you start noticing the symptoms? About half an hour ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? No
Does your fish have any history of being ill? No
How old is your fish (approximately)? No idea, got him on Jan

Heres the photo i got, its the best photo i can get, you can see the scale on his head lifting, aside from that he looks and acts perfectly normal.

At this point, I would watch and wait. IMO it is most likely harmless.

My cellophane male has that except it is just under his mouth.
I don't know what it is though (><)

It doesn't seem to affect mine either. Maybe he is shedding it? xP

Maybe he scraped his head?
This happened to my boy. Within a week the scale that had lifted dropped off and he was healed up although if u look very closely you can see a 'scar'

My bettas get that every so often. It's just a minor "injury" and they're shedding their scale(s). It usually goes away in a day or two and they'll be perfectly fine.
