Not sure whats wrong

alright so im starting to build up my betta sorority again and bought a few females. i have had them all in small 1 gallon tanks for the last week to make sure they are healthy before releasing them into my 30 gal planted tank with some other fish and critters.

well all the new females look beautiful and healthy except one, shes displaying so many signs of distress and i have done everything i can think of.

-white fungus on lungs, and body by the base of the anal fin
-curled body
-twitching, rapid fin movement, and jumping
-clamped fins
-no appetite
-gulping for air at the surface
-loss of color
-swimming backwards (not sure if its a symptom or talent?)
-turning on her side

i checked the water parameters and did a water change, everything looks good, no ammonia spike, nitrate and nitrite are both low

i added some Aq. Salt to help with the fungus and it seemed to clear up a bit and she was breathing better, but still swimming crazy and twitching.

also added some API Triple Sulfa to help with any other bacterial infections.

is there anything else i can do or is there nothing else and i must be patient?

QT period should be 2 weeks or more because sometimes the illnesses don't come up right away. I'd definitely QT those two girls, continue with the Triple Sulfa treatment or the salt, which ever one you want to heal them up.

Keep an eye on the tank for any one else who's having trouble, you may have to treat the entire tank if so.

they have been QT, theyre all in their own 1 gal tank, never introduced to each other.

im going to treat all my females, even the healthy ones just to be on the safe side since they all came from the same place

Ah okay, sorry from your post seemed like you already introduced them and the disease spread. My bad!!

Yeah, for the healthy ones you can probably just do a regimen of salt for 7 days at least just for a preventative, only 1 teaspoon per gallon would be fine

I hope they get better soon!!

Also the twitchy one, how does her poop look? If she's scratching, she may have internal parasites as well.

Thanks!

her poop looks normal, but she does seem to be scratching on the bottom of the tank. how do you know for sure if its internal?

Generally if it's internal they'll have some bloating going on and of course the white or yellow poop is generally a bad case as well. But she doesn't look very bloated to me.

Honestly I think just doing 100% daily water changes will help her out, she'll excrete generally whatever she does have in a few days and with the new clean water it will stimulate new stuff to come out. Same as it stimulates driftwood to release more tannins when placed in new clean water.

She's not really clamping either which I find weird, generally when a fish is sick, that's the first thing they end up doing.

Can you switch her hood out or at least put some saran wrap over the tank, poke a little hole with scissors and put the hood back on so it stays? This will increase humidity and help her breathe easier.
