How often should a betta be fed?

I've heard tons of arguments on how often you need to feed a betta. I've been giving my bettas about 8 pellets a feeding, or some smashed up bloodworms, and I feed them about 5 days a week. My bettas are very healthy, and it seems to be a great schedule. What is your schedule? :)

Once a day 6 days a week. Pellets mostly & the occasional frozen foods, flakes on rare occasions.

Whoops, sorry I meant to say 6 days a week, not 5.

Yep! Exactly. I give freeze dried bloodworms once or twice a week, but most of the time pellets. My 1 betta hates flakes, but the other seems to like it occasionally.

Same here, but with two or three FD bloodworms as a treat maybe once a week.

Question Feeding betta

I'm not sure I'm in the right place for this question, here goes. How do you store thawed frozen food and for how long?

I just have the one betta and a frozen cube is overload for one feeding.
