Betta twitches Please help asap!!!!!!!!!!

My betta twitches and does not seem active like before and his fin is clamped but he still flares when he sees another betta , there are no physical signs of him having ich or velvet... . This is not my video but its exactly showing symptoms like my fish http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0O3Ns9b85Kw. pls help asap!!
The top part of his body is really skinny, i have no idea why too.Ive uploaded a few pictures of him and another female fish of mine to show the differences in the top part of the body. There is also another pic of him when i first got him last month.

It could be parasites of some sort, take a flashlight to him to see if he has any golden dust on him, how does his poop look and if you could fill out this sticky for when he's normal that would be great:

How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance

Symptoms and Treatment

Okay, just making sure

so how long have you had him and did you try the flashlight trick I asked about?

How often do you feed him as well and how much of the BW?

twitching , skinny despite eating can be also due to the internal parasites. If his poop is white, clear , broken white and stringy wormy shape he might have internal parasites. Is he still eating?

Twitching also can be due to heavy metals, internal/ext parisites, poor nutrition, water quality or environment issue, as well as general overall care ,health,husbandry...it can be a lot of different factors.
