Help me stock a betta med kit please

I'm coming into some money through an inheritance & want to make sure I have everything my bettas need encase they catch anything. I'm not sure of everything I should stock, so if you could please look over my list here and add anything I might be missing I would greatly appreciate it.
  • Aquarium salt
  • Epsom salt
  • API Stress coat
  • Kanamycin
  • Maracin 1 & 2
  • Tetracycline
  • Fungus Guard
  • Jungle Guard
  • Praziquel
  • Potassium Permangnate
  • Probiotics
  • Vitamins
  • Furan 2
  • IAL
If you know a good place to get any of this or anything I am missing please share that information too.

Thank you.

In case you don't have these:
- Adjustable heater
- Quarantine/hospital tank (About 1 gallon is good)

For vitamins, try looking into something like Vitachem.

Thank you LBF, I couldn't remember the name of the vitamins at all.

I have 1 2.5 gallon hospital tank with heater & sponge fliter if needed, but hope to pick up a few more.

Ebay and Amazon are good places to look for many of those items.
You may not need Tetracycline. I have been told that it was way overused in the past and is less effective now, plus its for gram postive bacteria whereas most bacteria are gram negative. Dont quote me on this though, its just what I was told about it in the past

Also, many medications have expiration dates. If you want to keep them on hand, you'll need to monitor the dates, and replace them when they expire.

Seems like you have some duplicates. I think you need a good gram positive and a good gramnegative antibiotic. maracyn 1 covers one type maracin 2 covers the other one but kanamycin covers what one of those does...only better.
Also, Isn't Jungle Guard and Fungus Guard used to treat the same thing? PP and furan2 both for external problems? Vitamins? Offering a variety of food will take care of that.

I can also add the vitamins to my cultures for fry food, so it will provide a varity of benefits.

I will double check the rest and make sure I don't end up with 6 meds for one thing and nothing for something else.

Good point on the expiration date. I will have to look at those before buying and keep an eye on them. Thank you for the reminder on something so simple. I wouldn't have though of it.
