Can you post a picture of it? Also, there is a form stickied at the top of the diseases forum that asks a list of questions it says "Answer as many of these questions as possible". If you could answer some of those it would help.

First, I would go and pick up some Epsom salt. You can get it at your local pharmacy for a couple dollars (a small carton is like $1.99). Epsom salt encourages the release of fluid from the body. I would do 1 tsp ES per g (so 7 tsp total).

Is the fluid pocket part of her eye (like her eye is swelling) or the skin above her eye has swelled and fallen over her eye?

Hmm.. I guess I can't visualize it. But, I would think Pop-eye might be a good candidate. The Epsom salt should help with the swelling. I would do 100% water changes with ES (1 tsp per g) for a couple days. If there is no improvement, or it gets worse during treatment up it to 2 tsp, again in a couple days if no improvement or it gets worse up it to 3 tsp. If you still see no improvement or it's still getting worse, it may be time to try an antibiotic.
