Abnormal Behavior in Female

My betta, Capote, has not been herself since last week. I was unexpectedly away for a few days, and her one gallon tank was pretty yucky when I got back. Her color was also dulled. I've been doing daily water changes for the past 5 days or so, and her color has improved..... In fact, I can see darker blue stripes now (that she had when she was younger, too. I'd see them sometimes when shed blow bubble nests, maybe a little "eggy")

HOWEVER, she has been more lethargic than normal and not interested in food. Yesterday when I was stuck at my desk, I moved her tank over to the desk for a change of scenery, and that did perk her up a little, but not as much as it used to.

I DID, in a pinch, have to switch to an API product as a water de-chlorination (to make tap water safe) from an Aqueon product, which I had been using since she was a fry (she's about 7 months old.) tank temp is in the high 70s.

I do have some dried blood worm that I could try, but she's never eaten them or shown interest in them previously.

she doesn't look sick there are no horizontal stripes so she's not stressed... she actually looks ready to breed in her pic you can tell when they get vertical stripes like that. Beta's do get depressed I have a couple ornaments that I swap out every month so they have something new to explore, she could be a little sick also so just keep up with the water changes maybe start spacing them out to every other day to every few days. hope that helps.
