LOL! Darn tank i got wont fit where i want it to go...so I gotta take that back tomorrow...He is in a 1.5 gallon critter keeper temporarily till I get him something that will fit there and is roomy for him. I wanted the same kind Morado is in ,but they dont have any right now. Mom and I have errands to run tomorrow,so I am gonna check out this other pet store, that has curvies like my local lfs,but different brand. I gotta go measure now. :)

Well the medium (in toms or penn plax) are about 2.5-3 gallons. Its kinda odd measurements with the curvy part, but its roomy. The large is like almost 4 gallons. Morado is in the medium size. :)

I think 2 1/2 to 3 would be big enough and should accommodate a 25 watt heater.

Yup! It sure does. I even have a filter in Morados,so plenty of room.
