combtail or crowntail?

In my betta sorority, three of my bettas are crowntails. But one of those three I'm wondering if she's actually a comb tail because the space between the rays is much shallower than the other two CT's Here's a picture. It's the best one I can get of her tail. haha. Obviously she's the one swimming halfway out of the shot on the right side. What do you all think?
