Would this betta be considered bloated?

My betta fish might be bloated but I am unsure. I fasted him two days ago, fed him only one pellet yesterday and one today (I'm going to feed him one more) but his "bloating" will not go down. I'm the worrying type which is why I think he's not really bloated, but would this betta be considered bloated?

My betta is skinnier than that. Is he bloated?

That doesn't look "bloated" to me but looks like he just had a good meal. If your boy is skinnier than that he should be totally fine. Even after fasting, they can still keep a bit of a 'gut' so to say, usually they don't go completely skinny like they're malnourished or anything.
