what is wrong

so i was thinking that my betta fish (Igor) didnt like the current so much from my filter...so i did that pop bottle trick thing that somone had shown on here and he seems like that..he is now moving around the whole tank instead of on the side with the least current....but i woke up this morning and he wouldnt eat..when i got home from school his food was still floating..i took it out and gave him a couple more new pellets to eat...its been about 15 minutes now and he is still not eating..i even set them right next to him in the tank so he would see them....he is blue with a little red...and i noticed that he doesnt look as blue towards his face anymore...hes getting darker...what could be wrong with him?

now he was just sitting at the bottom of the tank all the time...and wont swim around his tank

Since your tank is new, its probably not cycled. The ammonia may be high and that could be causing the problems.

If your fish are acting sick, its a good idea to test you water and do a water change regardless of the test results.

thanks guys...i put him in the smaller bowl i had him in so i could cycle my tank....im still kinda confused on how to exactly do it but im going to read it over a couple times again and i should figure it out fine....hes not really acting any better...hopefully he pulls out of it...ive only had him a little over a week
