Can I use this pallets for my betta fish?

Can I use those for my male betta fish????

xD At first I thought you were asking about a pallet, like the wooden transport-skid sort, and was wondering why on earth you would need or want one for a betta.

But yeah, I don't see anything really wrong with those pellets, they should be a good staple food for your betta.
