Nope. I really don't know what to do. I bought aquarium salt but i dont know if i should use it

Not that I know of

How old is your fish (approximately)?
I really don't know. I bought him from the petshop last April. Not sure how old he is.

From that picture I cannot really tell.

Looking at it from the top, a fish with dropsy has scales that stick out like a pinecone, like this:

They also act lethargic/lose apetite/ hide out.. and have labored "breathing"

Honestly your betta doesn't look all that bad to me, probably just overfeeding but most of my bettas look like yours after feeding, those fatties! lol

It looks as if he is just severely bloated. How many pellets do you feed him?

You need to get a pic from above for us to tell.

I think he simply looks constipated. If this is the case, fast him for three days. If he is still constipated, add 1tsp/g of Epsom salt to his water. Aquarium salt will not help and could make it worse.

Here's a photo from above. I'm used my iphone to take this so really sorry if the quality is bad but it looks like his scales are norma, thank God! :)

Yes, maybe its just bloating so i'll try making him fast for a day or two and see if it improves.

Thanks everyone for getting back so fast! Much appreciated! Maybe I was just really paranoid hehe
