Arrow Another Betta...

I just got home from a few days away and found I had a dead goldfish... so seeing I'm new to Goldfish I googled why it may have died and read about ammonia etc etc.. So I went to the pet store to get a tester and seen a very very pale and sick looking betta...
I felt sorry for it in the little cup and brought it home...

It does look happier in a bigger tank but I'm not hanging on much hope it will live long

CLean water, keep its water very clean, That alone has saved many Sick Bettas I brought home,
By clean water I mean Fresh water changes every day or two, Don't remove the fish just scoop out half the water and replace it, With treated water of course.. Make sure its the same temp as his tanks is.. Don't remove the betta when doing a water change, especially a new sick one, they are stressed enough now, Be sure to leave him in the water, When you replace the water lower it to the water level and let it blend in with whats in the tank now,, Keep in calm....
You Just might get a big Surprise and have Betta live a long happy life...

Change water regularly Its the biggest and best life saver you can ever do for a fish..

How big is his new tank?

He seems to be doing really well!!!
Really not eating that much but swimming around and even some bubbles about...
He is in a 5g tank.

I hope he does survive...

cute from what i can see of him.

if he isn't laying at the bottom of the tank alot, and his fins aren't ripping or any other physical problems, don't worry to much about the not eating. Its just an adjustment period for him and usually they have no appetite during it. Good luck with him!
