Plant Quarantine

I got some Java Moss today. Should I quarantine? I was going to use it in my fry tank, then I read that some plants can carry parasites..

I was thinking of doing a bleach dip, then I realized I don't have bleach -.- I do have hydrogen peroxide though.. will it have the same effect?

I used a few drops of diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide. Will that kill diseases and hydra (Don't really care about snails x] ) ?
