I can't seem to find a divider.

I went to petco and walmart to try to find a divider for my 10g tank, but I can't find one! Petco only has dividers for 20g tanks and 30g tanks. What places can have 10g dividers? I was just curious......

I had the same issue, I ended up finding the last one in a ripped open bag in a lfs called, Noahs Ark, if you have one of those. If not you might have to make one on your own or order one off the internet. You might even get petco to order you one.

I have no Noah's Ark by us. I was wondering it because when my tank is cycled eventually, I may put my female in their with him. But of course I can't put her in their without a divider.

Thats what I was planning to do, with a few neons on the bottom, but my male turned against the neons, so no female for now.

They may have them at Petsmart, if you have one in your area. You can also make one out of plastic canvas. There is a thread in the DIY section of the forums.

you could also buy the one for a larger tank and cut it down to fit your 10gal tank which would be very easy to do.

You can cut one of the dividers for the larger tanks down to fit in a 10 gallon, just get the right measurements and see what needs to be lopped off.

But there is a far cheaper alternative, make your own divider! It is far cheaper (you're going to shell out what, 12-20 bucks for a tank divider? You can make these for less than 5), and really easy to do.

^Here's a guide.

If you plan on cutting down one, the measurments on my dividers bag says, 11 3/8" x 9 5/8", or, 28.9cm x 24.4cm.
