Hey how is your betta doing?
Are you still treating for ich?
ich is photosynthetic and response to light , meaning that ich will reproduce with light.
Just for the future ich in early stages you can get rid if you raise the temperature to 88* . The temperature will speed up the parasites cycle and they will fall.If you do daily water changes you will remove the one that fall . With temp 88* they will not able to finish the cycle and will not attache back to the fish body. So even after you finish the treatment you can continue for 5-6 days with 88* and daily water changes to ensure that you get rid of the ones that can hide in the gill area.
Make sure you get rid of ich completely before you put her in the cycled tank. And do not cross contaminate any equipment between her and other fish if you have one.
