Question Aquarium Decorations

I've noticed my betta's anal fin looks jagged. My tank is completely cycled and I complete 50% water changes on my 5 gallon once a week so water params are not the problem. I suspect it might be my aquarium decor, the entrances are big enough to get through but the edges are slightly jagged. Is there any kind of material I can layer over it to make it smooth? Any suggestions are appreciated!

You can sand them if they are resin and just make sure to rinse them off completely before you put them back in.
