Has anyone ever seen a female betta protect other more timid females in the same tank?? I have four girls in one tank and one is fairly agressive. (her name is Puff) Another girl in the tank (Niblet) won't be bullied and has placed herself between Puff and the other girls to keep them from being bullied. I didn't believe it at first but she's done it many times. Very interesting beahvior I think.
