Gravel Vac for cleaning?

Does anyone use this one? If so, is it worth even trying out?

That's what I use, perfect for sucking out debris, poo, and uneaten fish food. It's well worth your money; so much easier than the turkey basters, which take FOREVER to get 50% out.

Yep, this is what I use also! Though, the blue suction bulb has started leaking a bit, but it's fairly inexpensive, so I will probably buy a new one soon. It's MUCH better than starting the suction with your mouth. Yuck!
