Anything other than a 100% water change needed?

I had a ten gallon tank running for a few days and was planning to cycle it, but realized that I didn't have the time for two tanks so I just unplugged the filter and left it. (I forgot about the heater, It's been running the whole time)

It's been sitting like that for about a month and a half. The water is a little cloudy and it smells a touch fishy because I added fish food, but I don't think there's any real reason to perform a full clean?

I'd clean it up. God knows what it's got in it now. It only takes a few minutes. If you want to use it, you should cycle it -- I guess that's what the fish food is for?
