New Betta!!

alrighty, I went to walmart over an hour ago, took a look at their bettas... saw one that i thought was cute... got ALL the way home and decided i HAD to have him..... Needless to say another trip to walmart and he's mine! He's black and orange... named him Spook... Photos to come soon!

So now I'm the proud momma of Cosmo, Blues Clues, and Spook :)

He's pretty! I saw one 2 weeks ago at Feeders Supply just like him except for the blue on his fins. I considered buying him...and I was going to call him Spook! lol I decided against it because I had my heart set on a female.

i was amazed walmart had mostly red ones, they had one guy that looked like my boy cosmo, and then i saw Spook and couldnt take my mind off of him!

right now i've got him in one of those 1 gallon goldfish bowls, it's only temporary.... debating if i want to get a 10 gallon tank with a stand and divide it in half for Spook and Blues clues (he's in a 1.5 gallon now)... or if i want to go with a 30 gallon on a stand and divide it 3 ways.... Aghhhhhhhhhhh I have no idea! but i am only giving myself a week or so to figure it out, i dont want to keep spook or Blues clues in either tank for long (no heater and such)....

A 10 gallon divided would be nice but so would a 30 gallon divided 3 ways. :)

thats the part i can't decide..

see i kept the box adn everything for the 1.5 gallon tank, i can return it....

which leads me to get a 10 gallon and split it..

or i'm thinking a 30 gallon tank with a stand and i can split it 3 ways and have all my fish in one spot!... (only thing is they're PRICEY!)

if i go to a 30 gallon, i'd start using tap water instead of bottled water.... because 30 gallons would be ALOT of money to spend every month!

petco doesnt have jack crap for fish stuff.... petsmart seems to be lowering their quantity on fish stuff all together, and well pet supermarket doesn't have a darn thing either... i went earlier today and was told they dont even carry heaters for the fish tanks... WTF.

Petsmart doesn't (at least mine doesn't) even have Betta bio gold anymore! I couldn't find diddly squat in there last time I went. Walmart didn't have it either. I'm not paying $10 in shipping for a $2 or $3 pack of food. I'm looking at another place tomorrow for the food. Enough on that subject. lol You could still split a 10 gallon.3 ways. Each one would have 3 plus gallons of space.
