food problum

Hi. When i feed my betta 3 pellets he eats it but he get rilly big, so now im feeding it 1 pellet a day and he still gets big but not as big but still big what can i do?

It could be a constipation problem.
Maybe try not feeding for a few days or feeding it some daphnia.

If his stomach area is big, try fasting him a couple days, that helped my fish.

and when he goes to the bottom he flots back to the to then turns sideways and its hetd for him to move.

It sounds like swimbladder disorder. As Twistersmom said, he may be constipated and thats why he's bloated. I also agree about the daphnia.

You should be able to find it in the freezer fish food section.
I guess you could say its a little water bug, acts like a laxative for your fish.
A little will go a long way, just break off a small piece of the frozen cube and thaw it out in a liitle tank water. It might help to feed it to the betta through an eye dropper.

I use the freeze dried daphnia. Freeze dried needs to be rehydrated before feeding.
