Bloodworms I feed typically once a week, sometimes more & sometimes less. Each Betta gets 3-4 give or take. NLS pellets, they get 6-8 per day except my Betta at work who gets more because he goes every weekend without eating & sometimes, such as Holiday weekends 3-5 days.

frozen blood warms right, not freeze dried ones?
If it frozen they kind of messy. Keep them in the freezer. Just cut frozen a piece or shave a piece from those frozen blocks. I think even for 3 bettas one block will be too much. Put it on the plate and let it just thaw for a few minutes. Take a tweezers and feed one at the time. I don't like when they sink to the bottom. I usually feed them with frozen food the day when i will do full water change. But if you will feed one at the time , hopefully it not going to sink to the bottom.
For the NLS if you give 6 or more make sure you split them in 2 or even 3 meals a day. Do not give them at once.

Yes, I also cut those block for several pieces when they are still frozen and put them back ti freezer in small container. I had 4 fishes so q small piece would be good for all of them. I fed them from small spoon. They are good catchers so nothing was falling down.
