what do i do?

I put my ear to my tank and i could hear the moter from the filter and it sounds pritty loud in the tank. So shuld i take it out? can he hear it? does it bother him? will he care?

I would not worry about it.
None of my fish seem to be bothered by niose.
Fish in nature live in rivers, lakes and oceans, that would be full of different noises.

If he seems annoyed and lazy....(acting weird) You could try taking it out for a night and then see if he is feeling better by morning..

Well if you lay down in a bath of water and you have a radio playing......can you hear it?

I would have thought that he probably can hear noises and may well get used to the `sound` of voices.
