Rex is acting strange

I don't know if this is a sign of something bad or what, but I've noticed my Betta Rex is acting weird.
I noticed that he is treading the surface and occasionally will lay on his side on the surface.
He has been moving rapidly as well. He's been eating fine and hasn't shown any distress or anything until now.
Any ideas of what the problem could be?

If he's on his side at the surface, he may have swimbladder disorder.

I think we finally figured that out. Now we are trying to find ways to help him.

If he has sbd, fast him for 2-3 days and then feed him freeze dried or frozen daphnia.

Yah my snowflake had it, just dont feed him for a day or two or when he starts looking better and he should be fine, if he still is sick get him some daphnia.

How much have you been feeding him.

I'm planning on fasting him for a couple of days. I'm going to try to get some daphina as soon as possible. Thanks for all the help!

If anyone can help me with this, that would be great. Is this okay to use?

Or do I need something different?
