How Should I do This? Please help

ok i have a major problem. Please don't laugh because it's not funny. I have a sordtail & a betta. Though my betta is more of a lover then a fighter. But my sordtail is more of a fighter. I only have one 10 gallon tank that i house them in. My problem is, is that my sordtail keeps on biting and fighting with Rascal (My betta) Rascal doesn't fight back therefore gets hurt and beat up. What should i do to get them to get along with eachother? Please help before either of them get hurt worse.

I would separate them instead of trying to make them get along. Its probably stressing out both the betta AND the swordtail for them to be together.

a simple tank divider will solve your problem.........Good luck!

I would put the betta in a bowl or something until you get a divider. It's not suitable for long term use, but he will eventually die from wounds if they aren't separated.
