Smile Feeding....Is this OK to feed???

Hi, I have a question. Is is OK to feed my Bettas a teeny bit of tropical fish flakes every once and a while? I feed them good quality pellets everyday, but I'm wondering if I can use this as a little treat? I like to spoil my babies....

I dont know if it would be much of a treat because for the most part the pellets have more of the stuff bettas like in it. However it is ok for them to eat a bit because my female eats some....well alot of my neons food and shes looking beautiful. If you want to get a real nice treat get brine shrimp or bloodworms, frozen works fine but of course they LOVE live food. Iveheard their absolut favorite food is live guppy fry, dont know if its true and dont knowifId have the heart but I bet theyd like it.

I think a little tropical flake food once in awhile is ok. There is one made for bettas called Tetra Bettamin tropical medley. I give it to mine every now and then.

I think I saw a little container of blood worms at the local pet store.... I think I will get some. Thanks everyone for your help. I really appreciate your help, and LOVE this site.
