I've never had a female be that motionless unless there was problem. IME, they have more attitude than most males. Can you post a pic of her tank? What exactly is the water temp? I'm sure with a 1g you are doing 2-3 water changes per week so there shouldn't be an issue with ammonia & such. Locatioin of tank? What kind of light does it get?

Her water temp is 78*, I have only had her for 2 days, and I did a 100% water change yesterday to see if that would help her. She is in the corner of my living room on a desk in between my two boys tanks. My living room has 3 big windows but the blinds are partly shut so there is natural light but its not bright. I thought she was possibly bloated yesterday, and now I really think she is. I will go take pics of her/tank right now.

A pic could be very helpful, one of her if you can mange it. I know they don't cooperate well for pics. If she's bloated I'd fast her for a couple days to see if that changes.

Also, two of the other females in the store when I got her were so bloated they were on their sides, not sure if that is relevant, but even my boyfriend who takes very little notice of my fish thinks she looks bigger than yesterday.
