SBD that is. Spike has it now. He's not looking too good right now. He's in a divided 10 gallon tank with Scarlett and she has been keeping an eye on him as if she is concerned.

I've been fasting him and I'm hoping he starts getting better soon.

Do you have any daphnia? If so, feed him some after you have fasted him. It helps to clear the digestive system.

I do have daphnia, I plan to give him some after the fasting in hoping that will help.
I'm curious, how much of the daphnia do you usually feed them?

It's awfully tiny. I just sprinkle a little bit in there, probably about 4-5 pieces.

Spike has not improved at all. In fact, it seems like he is getting worse.
He has lost his color now. I just quarantined him to treat him better.
I don't know what else to do.
Is this the end for him or could he pull through?

I'm sorry that Spike isn't any better. You might want to try some Jungle Fungus Eliminator. The bottle says that it can be used to treat sbd.
