My Very First Fish Rescue

[Red Betta]

After getting a 2 gallon tank for free, I decided to get myself a betta fish. After reading a lot from this website I decided I was ready to get a betta. I got a red male crowntail from wal-mart. I was outraged by the little dish they had him in, and not to mention the cashier swinging him around and even tried to put him in with other items. I said "its a living animal, not just some object. So I got him in a 2gal tank with 3 medium size plants and a cave. I think it's a pretty good setup and I am hoping to get a 5 gal tank soon. So here are some pictures. Sorry for the pic quality.
