Green/Blue spots?

So last time I posted I was concerned that Cosmo had popeye. Well thanks to Maracyn, a warmer tank and more frequent water changes I am happy to say he is a new fish! He is 1000x more active than he used to be and seems much happier.The only thing that worries me is the recent development of these greenish purpley blue spots around his head and tail. He is light purple with blue fins so I didn't really notice untill I took him out of his tank to clean it and looked at him a little closer. Its been about 2 weeks since the last Maracyn treatment and everything else seems normal. He is eating and very active swimming around and blowing bubbles. Is it possibe that he is just changing colors? or should I be worried it could be another infection of some sort? Thanks for your help!!!

He might possibly be changing colors now that he's healed from popeye. Sometimes putting them in warmer water will make their colors stand out more and be more vibrant. I would just keep an eye on the spots and see if they get bigger or change in any way.
