Help,Elvis is getting worse

Okay Elvis seems to be getting worse not better. He is now barely even trying to swim. He is just floating along. The end of one of his fins is red,the others are black. I think some of his scales are peeling off. Looks red. I just tried some daphnia on him. He is trying to eat it. I had to use a lil stick to let him know where the food is. Its like he couldnt see it.

He has sbd really bad. He keeps wobbling. he can barely stay straight. I thought fasting him would help that?? Could the meds make sbd worse? I just dont know what else to do. Help.

Yeah,i think its parasitic and bacterial due to cold water. his heater stopped working a couple weeks ago when i was in the hospital and apparentlly nobody noticed. It was way too cold for several days. So it made him very sick. really dunno if I can get him better.

I hope he gets better. I know how hard it is to see them get sick and especially if you don't know what to do to help. :(

Thanks Angelicscars. Well now it looks like the velvet is gone. Now it looks like ich. Can it do that lol? Because I am pretty darn certain it looked gold before. Now it looks like salt. He seems to be swimming a little bit better. I havent seen him flop over yet. He was quite wobbly yesterday,doesnt seem as much today. Still not very active,but when I open the lid to his tank,he does rush over to see if food is coming lol. His poor skin(er scales?) look bad,like red and irritated. Guess that goes along with fin rot? I think I will keep up with the wc every day and fresh meds,blackwater extract and aquarisol. Hope he is making a turn for the better now. Thanks for everyones support!! Elvis sure needs it.
