Okay, I have some bio-gold pellets, that the pet store had like a million of, and i know I have heard of the brand a few times on this site so I figured it was good.

I'm going on day three of my new girl not eating. It takes a few days, but they will eat when they get hungry enough. :P
Bio-gold is the only thing a couple of my Betta will eat!

It took my boy about 4-5 days before he actually got an appetite. It scared me, but he's fine now.

My new female kept spitting out her food the first few weeks I had her. I had to switch to flakes but she eats the bio gold fine now.

Ya it took him about 3 days, but he is eating now, I guess he likes them soaked because he always waits like 5 mins and then eats them, but he is healthy and is starting to build a pretty big bubble nest, I might have to try to mate him.
