Suggestions to camoflauge potted plants-pots

My amazon sword roots seem to rot if I plant even part of them in my tank soil however I have one that is weighted down and unplanted that is doing well the others are still in pots and are doing well. I am considering leaving them potted. However, I hate the look of the plastic pots showing. Any thought on to blend them into the aquascape.

I have the mortal remains of a lily in a jar of sand behind some of the decor in my frogs' tank, it mostly hides it.

Maybe I need to make some "fake foreground plant sleeves" to put around the pots.

Before I caught on that my parent's goldfish were brutal to poor potted plants, I had gotten a variety of wood and wood-looking pieces, and potted plants into those. Some of the fake "branches" were hollow like pipe, and designed for birds, but a little bit of creativity let me place them so that they looked like they were half buried. Much better looking than those black plastic things, and that fiberglass-like potting medium.

Driftwood. Rocks. Java moss. Anubias with their big leaves. I think Terra-cotta pots are not unattractive.

I saw an "industrial" themed tank at my LFS yesterday that was AMAZING! they had these ornaments that looked like pipes, with holes in them. Some were for the fish to swim through, and some had plants growing out of them. It looked amazing!
