Allow it to dry throughly (bleach actually changes to sodium chloride and other salts when it dries, which are virtually harmless), then soak it in water with extra water conditioner (at least 2-3 times the dose), which is made to neutralize chloring (bleach).

Bleaching, when done properly, is actually one of the safest ways to sterilize tanks and equipment even though it is a harsh chemical.
