Drgn scales usually show at a later age. Sometimes during the first 2 months they only look metallic but eventually their scales become "thicker" and the dragon scales develops. Some breeders use IAL to make their scales look more vibrant. . . . but don't make the solution too thick - just yellowish brown.
IMO the picture above hasn't shown it's "dragon" yet. Be patient, they should develop soon. Total or partial drgn scaling depends on the genetic background of the parents. Sometimes drgn x drgn produces partial drg offspring if they don't have good backgrounds.
