Well sometimes when they are stressed out,they will pale. Is their water at a good temp?

He was in his little tiny bowl. I put him in there when I changed his tank, and i just put him in his tank now. I hope he's okay. I'll check up on him in a couple minutes.

Oh okay. yeah,he was just stressed out. Mine do that when I do full changes and stick em in another container. He will be fine.

My betta does that when i change his water. When I put him back in he sort of turns silver but he always changes back to his real color after a while.

I think most bettas hate water changes. I know I wouldn't like being chased around by a cup or net. lol
