Cloudy water?

I have a 2 gal tank with no filtration system. I just did a 100% water change Monday, including thoroughly cleaning the tank itself and the gravel due to my live plant rotting fouling everything. The heater even felt slimey. I replaced the plant with a new plastic one. But by Tuesday the water was cloudy. What could be causing this?

:D I had the same problem with Tian-Tian.

My fix? Check the glass itself. Sometimes your water might leave residue on the glass of your tank. Otherwise, get a water sample from your water source and have it tested for the level of minerals at your local pet store. :)
